Hello,
I am having a problem with a HTML module. I have edited this modules content but it only displays for logged in users. I need this to display for all users.

how do module permissions look like (in module settings)?

I should also add that this is happening on multiple sites both using 05.05.01 Community Edition.
The Module settings are:
Replace Token = False
WorkFlow: Direct Publish
Apply Workflow To: Module
Replace Existing Settings = False

All users are set to view this module and admins can view and edit. it does not inherit from page.
