Good day all :)

I am currently trying to transfer our DNN site from a internal web server to a external DNN hosting provider.

Things I have done.

Successfully backed up and restored the DNN DB from the internal web server to the DNN hosting providers SQL database.
Successfully installed DNN 5.0 application and linked it to the database.
----------------------------------

Now when I view the web site I get this error shown below. Is there anyway to fix this? Any advice on how I should go about things.

why are you using 5.0? I suggest using latest version instead.

The image that you referenced is just IIS standard way of saying that it won't display the errors to an IP address that is not in the local network.  This is a security item and you normally want it set that way... but until you get your website up and running you'd like to know what the actual error information is!

What you need to do is modify your web.config file... look for the "customErrors" node (as the image implies).  Change the value to mode="Off" and then access your website again... you'll get the full error information from ASP.Net which you can then use to diagnose what is actually happening.

Cheers
