Telerik fails on upgrade install. This is the error message when I run the default.aspx after applying the upgrade.
BC32206: The project currently contains references to more than one version of Telerik.Web.UI, a direct reference to version 2010.2.713.35 and an indirect reference (through 'DotNetNuke.Web.UI.WebControls.DnnWindowManager') to version 2010.2.929.35. Change the direct reference to use version 2010.2.929.35 (or higher) of Telerik.Web.UI.

Any fix available for this?

Check the site's /bin folder for the Telerik.Web.UI.dll assembly file. It should be version 2010.2.929.35. If it is not present in the /bin forlder or is version 2010.2.713.35, you will need to replace it with the correct version. You will find Telerik.Web.UI.dll version 2010.2.929.35 inside of the package Telerik_05.06.00_Install.zip located in the site's /Install/Module folder. Extract the Telerik.Web.UI.dll file from the .zip archive package and place it into the site's /bin folder, replacing the earlier version of the same file if it exists. Alternatively if that package is not found, the Telerik.Web.UI.dll v 2010.2.929.35 is also located inside the /bin folder of the DotNetNuke_Community_05.06.01_Install.zip package which may be downloaded from the CodePlex downloads site for DotNetNuke at http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/releas... . Make sure that you get the Install package from which you may then extract the Telerik.Web.UI.dll file.

ALSO, you most likely will need to adjust the bindingRedirect node in the site's web.config for the new version. In web.config, find the <runtime><assemblyBinding> . . . </assemblyBinding></runtime> section and make sure that the active (not commented out) bindingRedirect for Telerik.UI.Web is as shown below:

<dependentAssembly>
        <assemblyIdentity name="Telerik.Web.UI" publicKeyToken="121fae78165ba3d4" />
        <bindingRedirect oldVersion="2008.0.0.0-2020.0.0.0" newVersion="2010.02.0929.35" />
 </dependentAssembly>
