I tested my site - http://www.thanglongtours.com by http://tools.seobook.com/general/spid.... But Title, Keywords, Description are empty.
DNN is not effective for SEO?

Unless I'm missing something you are able to add "Title, Keywords and Descriptions" to your pages under the Admin -> Pages setting.
Simply go to Admin -> Pages, select the page you want to edit, click edit, and now you will see blank boxes for all that to fill in. Save your changes, click update and you're good to go.

As Dean has said you need to go to admin>site settings and add the sites default/fallback title, description and key words

But, You also need to add the Title, Description and Key words to all the pages.

Normally this is done when creating a page but can also be edited at any time be choosing the page settings which is accessed in the page functions area of the control panel.

if I check source of this page, I do see keywords and descriptions. not sure, what you are trying to do.
