using DNN 5.1.6, working with form and list...since I had to create a separate page for the form, and I added an HTML module to said page with some info I want users to consider before adding to the form, I also added an HTML module to my corresponding List page with some descriptive text and a link to the form page.

Now I want to get rid of the Add New Record button at the top of the form, because if users click that it goes to just the form (with a broken skin, I might add,) without the HTML module that I want them to also see.  It doesn't go to my custom page with form.

I'm afraid that removing the Add New Record will disable the Form and List syncronisity, but I'm hoping someone will tell me how to do it.
Thanks!
Luna

The appearance and the position of the add new record button is controlled by the used container. If you want to hide the button, simply use a container without actionbuttons or hide the container in module settings.
