This does not work as I need it to.

I need it to show me the list of all pages that are included in the menu and when I am on a page the children links show below.

Ah, in that case I would use two skins, one for the main page and one for the subpage

Not sure how 2 skins are going to help.

How can I have the menu stay the same when I go into a sub page as opposed to having the ..\ happening above it?

So that sounds like a different skin for the main page as it should not show child pages in the second menu.

Normally shouldn't have to use the ForceDownLevel="true" as it's meant for Robots.
With the technique I used in the examples you can set the start page of a the second menu dynamically and the should allow you to get rid of the /

You can leave the first menu in my example to show all page if you want.

Is there a menu system that does what I need?

I do not want it to change when I am in the sub menu page.

If there is no menu system for this then I will have to create menus for each pages that has children and then maintain that, which is ugly and not needed if I could figure out how to edit the menu so that it would not go into the ..\ for the menu.
