Just installed v5.6.1 today but I do not see the Razor Host Module in the module dropdown, nor do I see its definition in modules definition. However I do have a directory named DotNetNuke.Web.Razor. What am I missing?

you need to install it, using "Install available extensions" in Host menu, Extensions item. Please make sure you are running ASP.Net 4.0 and have MVC3 installed.

Thanks for your response Sebastian!

I probably should have mentioned also that it does not show up in Extensions either. And I am running ASP.Net 4.0 and have MVC3 installed as well. Actually I could not even complete my 5.6.1 install until I did install MVC3! That one stumped me for a few hours until I finally found someone else who had the same problem with his 5.6.1 install.

strange install issue. did you check the list of additionally packaged modules by selecting "install available extensions" from the module action menu in Host :: Extensions (you need to be in edit mode!).

Yes - the only things present there are the HELP and XML modules. I don't know what else to try - the install was haywire until I installed MVC3 and once the install did work, the Razor Host Module is not to be found.

Regarding the install, yes it was strange indeed. I've been a DNN user since v1 and have never had an install go like this before (no documentation regarding any new system requirements). If it hadn't been for that one post experiencing the same issue I would have never figured it out.
