I'm having a strange error on trying to set up a new portal.

I've just upgraded to 5.6.1, but don't necessarly think it is that, as it seems to be a server error.

But the stranger thing is, every other portal still seems to work just fine.

Error message from website: 
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

I've asked the hosting provider to see if there was a message in the event logs and this is what I got back from them:

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error

Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter "C:\program files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\50\bin\fpexedll.dll" failed

Please kindly check it agian, because the path bin\fpexedll.dll is not exist on our server.. Thanks..

At a loss here, as a quick search on google says that dll has something to do with frontpage.

Had the service provider try that, but still a no go

baffles me that all the other portals work, it's only the new one that generates this

and from what I can tell.. the portal itself is set up but it is the IIS/Server that won't allow me to get to that domain alias..
