I've been trying to use the  .resx file for all text in the module I'm creating.  However when I try and put an <a> tag around a dnn label the link does not take effect.  Is there a dnn control that supports a link and for which you can still put the text in the .resx file? For that matter is there some way I can create a link around wording that is supported by the .resx file?

anchor tags are html controls so are unaware of asp.net. The normal way to do this would be to either use an asp label text and build up the text (i.e via the localization GetString method) and update the label contents, or (the better way) is to use an asp.net hyperlink and create the static localization for it in the aspx.resx file and dotnetnuke will automatically apply the text - see http://www.dotnetnuke.com/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=jc55aUPEdI8%3D&tabid=478&mid=857
