I have searched far and wide, and I can't find a clear answer for this that works -- the only recommendation I have received is a module from Ifinity -- but a host license costs $300, and I have to imagine there is a way to do this yourself manually.

My site (and all other portals) currently shows as www.mysite.com, and also as mysite.com (shows up however you type it, doesnt force/resolve to www.mysite.com).  How can I make it always resolve to one or the other in DNN?   This is a problem  for SSL certificates, among other things.

Thanks in advance.

All you need is a simple 301 Redirect and shouldn't need to invest in a Full URL Rewriter module. There are several on snowcovered.com You can also easily do that at IIS Level (If you have dedicated server or managing it yourself). If you have some coding experience, you can write few lines of code to accomplish that easily as well.

If you're using 5.6.1 you should be able to accomplish this using the new Default Portal Alias feature and choose "Redirect" as the method - once you've selected the method, make sure to Update then you should be able to set it to whichever "Portal Alias" you'd prefer assuming you have www.mysite.com and mysite.com in the portal alias list already (sample domains, naturally).
