How can I create and banner\slider type function as on the homepage of the dnn site? have a need to one the same size and layout.

you can try using the dnnwidgetsuite especially the carousel one, use the one with navigation option and style each li to have a different background image http://dnnwidgets.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Carousel%20Widget&referringTitle=Home

How can an end-user configure the telerik radmenu and achive the same results as dotnetnuke has with their main menu navigation?
