Im using DNN for many years and its the first time i've seen this

I have installed dnn 05.06.01 and i noticed that even when i logout from host account i can still see the host panel on top. I found out that all my pages have by default the Role All users to have edit rights on every page i tried to remove that by going to the settings of each page but i cant change it since it has the lock icon

Any thoughts
