Using the X-UA-Compatible method may be a choice in a singel installation with an old skin and in my opinion not an alternative.
The default.aspx render all pages.

All installation could handle the problem just by using an other browser. This is not the point.

I asume this will be increasing problem as Microsoft upgrade through the uppdating function.

To have a by DotNetNuke confirmed solution is a big value for all parts.
Customers can be notified and told there is a solution and nobody will claim that Dot NetNuke does not understand the users.
As I understand during the period until 6.0 a hell of a lot new installations will ocure and it is not so good to have a dirty fix for those.

With the telerik package all these can be working in IE9 too.

@Horacio,  Just read the blog I posted earlier today and which Jan has already posted a link to in this thread.  You now have 5 different ways to deal with the problem.  Feel free to pick the one that best suits your business.

Ye, thanks. You did exactly what I've request ("@horacioj
@jbrinkman can you (dnncorp) provide an official 'placeholder' empty module just to install the new Telerik dll on DNN 5.x? #dotnetnuke #ie9
7 Apr ")

What version of DNN?  Did you create a backup and run this on a test server first?
