Hello everyone, this sounds rather desperate but all my sites have been down for 2 days and i got no reply from re-invent and nobody answers the calls and messages i am leaving... anybody else experiencing these issues?? Seems like the whole server is down.

as an update on the situation: - got a reply after 3 days waitign and having my sites offline: re-invent has moved my DNN to a new IP without notifying me (they say they sent me an email but i have never received it although my email address is correct in my account profile).

Now it seems they have lost a huge part of many of my websites, something like 2 month work! And their reply is "content has been mirrored" which is rubbish since many images, modules and pages are simply not there anymore.

So far this has been the worst hosting experience i ever had and i believe i have to share it with others, i have been working with DNN for around 8 years now and never seen such unprofessional "service".
