I am using the code below on the default.aspx page:
Response.Expires = 0
Response.Expires = -1
Response.Expiresabsolute = DateAdd(DateInterval.Day, -1, Now())
Response.AddHeader("cache-control", "private")
Response.CacheControl = "no-cache"
<meta http-equiv="PRAGMA" value="NO-CACHE">
<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="Mon, 01 Jan 1990 12:00:00 GMT">

I also ran the script you provided in your blog. I will check with my clients and get back to you.

I do not think it is cached on the server, because no other site (dnn, or plain .net) has the same problems. On the other hand, I cannot disable server caching since it is not recomended by MS.

On the other hand, I tired multiple times with ctrl+F5 but did not work, so I have to exclude client caching also.
