  • is the host menu the LAST item in the menu structure root level?
  • Did you rename the host menu page name?

this is strange.
1. Please post the result of the following SQL query, executed in Host :: SQL:
SELECT * FROM {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}Tabs WHERE TabPath Like '//Host%'
2. Try using Advanced Control Panel from www.oliverhine.com and check, whether the Host Menu is empty as well.
