I cannot edit any of the content on my site. This was originally a 4.0.6 DNN instance.. I had moved it to another server and upgraded it to 5.6.0 - Everythign is fine with the exception of being able to edit any content on the site.

If I click on Edit Content for any of the Text/HTML modules I get the following error:

Error Error: is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Html.EditHtml.grdVersions_ItemDataBound(Object sender, GridItemEventArgs e) at Telerik.Web.UI.RadGrid.OnItemDataBound(GridItemEventArgs e) at Telerik.Web.UI.GridItem.SetupItem(Boolean dataBind, Object dataItem, GridColumn[] columns, ControlCollection rows) at Telerik.Web.UI.GridItemBuilder.InitializeItem(Int32 dataSourceIndex, String& nextItemHierarchicalIndex, Boolean& itemIsInEditMode) at Telerik.Web.UI.GridItemBuilder.CreateItems(GridGroupingContext group) at Telerik.Web.UI.GridTableView.CreateItems(IEnumerator enumerator, GridColumn[] columns, ControlCollection controls) at Telerik.Web.UI.GridTableView.CreateControlHierarchy(Boolean useDataSource) at Telerik.Web.UI.GridTableView.CreateChildControls(IEnumerable dataSource, Boolean useDataSource) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.CompositeDataBoundControl.PerformDataBinding(IEnumerable data) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.DataBoundControl.OnDataSourceViewSelectCallback(IEnumerable data) at System.Web.UI.DataSourceView.Select(DataSourceSelectArguments arguments, DataSourceViewSelectCallback callback) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.DataBoundControl.PerformSelect() at Telerik.Web.UI.GridTableView.PerformSelect() at System.Web.UI.WebControls.BaseDataBoundControl.DataBind() at Telerik.Web.UI.GridTableView.DataBind() at Telerik.Web.UI.RadGrid.DataBind() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Html.EditHtml.DisplayVersions() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Html.EditHtml.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I have tried using the dnnwerk provider and the standard telerik provider. What is the issue?

as far as I can see, this is not related to the text editor but a different Telerik control. Did you check all the versions, does it happen with all instances? Which version of Telerik.dll resides in your bin folder and which versions of DotNetNuke and HTML module are you using?

Did you happen to delete (outside of the DotNetNuke provided user management interface) any user accounts which may have previously edited content in all of the Html modules?

I believe you are seeing this issue: http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/V...

I am using DNN 5.6.0 (waiting for the 5.6.2 update to be released)

The HTML module is at version 5.6.1 (this seems incorrect?)

This all started happening after an upgrade from 4.9.0 to 5.6.0 - not all portals in the instance do this but a good portion do. I don't have FTP access at the moment, but I will check on the Telerik.dll file and post back.

I did delete users from the portal... however it was from the admin area not through SQL Management Studio or anything like that. Is that what you mean?
