Hello all. Today I had a weird and unique problem. At some point while making changes for a client the "Pages" menu item from the Admin dropdown is gone, and not sure how to get it back. It seems as though I have a "Pages" menu item on the site menu but clicking it does nothing. Has anyone else had this same problem.

And you can't get to it from the Admin page itself? Sounds like the Pages page has been disabled if it's showing in the menu. As you can't access the Pages page to begin with, I imagine that will require a database fix but I don't know how.

EDIT: Sorry, just reread your message and it's NOT showing on the Admin menu (not sure what the site menu is that you refer to). If it's not showing in the Admin menu then possibly the Include in menu tick box has been unticked as well. I might be barking up the wrong tree though.

this just happened to me today. I was adding a page and then tried to get back to the Pages Menu item. It is now gone from the Admin menu. While I still have the add and delete functionality - I can't get at those pages I have been keeping "invisible," by not checking the show in menu box. How do I restore the PAGES menu item?
