I have created a new 2-part module that requires a separate page/tab.

My portal environment has over 400 child portals and so I wanted to know if there was a way of creating the extra tab for each portal automatically by running some SQL stored procedures?

Is this possible?

I would create a module using the tabcontroller method interstead, which will take care of pages, page permissions and other settings.

Sorry Sebastian, can you expand a bit more on this please - are you saying that in my module I should check to see if the required page is present and if not, go ahead a create it? Sounds like a good idea

yes, that's what I am suggesting - or having a host option for your module "distribute to all portals" :)

I don't suppose you have some example code to do this by any chance?
Just started looking at how to do this (DNN v4.9.4) and the TabInfo class that I need to create has a lot of detail !!!
