I was able to add a the attachment to the form but couldnt set the option to make people upload only images(jpeg/png/gif). Is there a way to do it?

Sure. The code uses asp.net fileupload control, and there are plenty of ways described how to limit uploads by extension.

Thanks for the reply. I was expecting to do that through the settings. Is that possible?

ok, thanks, I am looking for a coding example. it is tough to set the error messages. is there one available?
