I am sure this has been asked before, but I have searched and searched and cannot find the answer.  So I apologize in advance if this has been answered before.

I installed DNN 5.6.1 through our hosting provider and it automatically placed it into SQLExpress.  I do have SQL Server Management Studio 2008 that I can access, but when I try to attach the .mdf file in the Management Studio, it says it is not compatible.  I can manually add the tables and such to a new database in Management Studio, but I cannot see the tables in SQLExpress.  I'm totally confused.

In closing, all I want to do is not recreate everything I have already done to the site and move the database info from the DATA file database.mdf and place the info into a database in Management Studio.  How do I accomplish this without having to redo everything I have already done?

Thank you for all your help.
