I am getting the following errors when I attempt to upgrade from 5.2.01 to 5.6.01.

I am pretty sure you did not have the .net framework 3.5 sp1 installed prior to doing the upgrade. I just had the same issue and redid the upgrade after installing the framework and it removed the errors.
