when we do a search for all posts that are "Unresolved" we get the following Critical error message.
{Value cannot be null. Parameter name: value}

Has anyone else seen an error like this, and if so what has been done to resolve the issue?

I am running a free version of DNN 04.09.03 on a Windows Server 2003 web app host, Windows Server 2003 SQL Host and SQL Server 2005.  In the past we have had similar issues if someone does an "Annonymous" post, but I do not see any posts by Annonymous in the forum.

I am not sure if this was or wasn't a bug in the past. It doesn't appear to be an issue in the newer version, but your core framework version doesn't permit upgrading (unfortunately).

After further investigation we found that a post was made by an anonymous user. After deleting that post the search for unresolved posts works again
