I use to access my website by simply typing igbocentre.org but now I must type www.igbocentre.org to load my page. My hosters claim everything is okay from their end and I should edit my script. Which script should I edit please?

In Site Settigns > Portal Aliases make sure you have both www.igbocentre.org and igbocentre.org

But since igbocentre.org/Home.aspx works, I am not sure if it is a dotnetnuke problem or not. Do you have any third party url rewriter?

You need to have both definitions, with and without www, in the Host Name definitions for the Web site in the IIS management tool also.  Otherwise, the request will not get to DNN in the first place.
