In some module I have displayed Date Time.For that I have created seperate method in each module.So there is any common way for displaying Date Time on any modules of Portal

you mean you created your own module?  What do you mean by setting date/time ... usually it is the server's date time

Now I can set date like this as

Label objLabel = new Label();
objLabel.Text = String.Format("{0:d MMM yyyy HH:mm}", DateTime.Now);


So I want set this format at portal level so that we need not to set at display level manually
