Dear Friends,

I am facing performance issue in the IE 7 & IE 8. I am using 05.06.00 (459). The website is working superb in the Mozilla. I have tried lots of way to get this improved in the IE 8 but I was fail. I have disabled all the schedulers from the Host menu. The compression is also enabled from the site settings.

The IE browser is getting hang OR it is taking a too much time to load a page and it shows me waiting cursor. A cursor is showing me wait even HTML is rendered.

I am facing this issue sporadically. sometimes it is working smoothly. I am sure it is not hosting provider issue. I have 7-8 DNN websites hosted at dedicated server & shared server with different hosting providers but all have same kind of issues.

I have tried to compress javascript and CSS using a pageblaster but the page style was not appluyign properly. It was also showing me ajax error when I tried to compress script resouce and web resource files.

Please advice.

Thanks & regards,
Ketan Gohil

Hi there
I am having similar issues with a number of my websites which I have upgraded to 5.6.2. Does anyone else know of this problem and a possible fix?

regards

I belive this is HTML elements issue. I have "Save As" the DNN homepage and uploaded that HTML with all CSS and javascripts to the live space. It has same performace issue. It means issue is not related to DNN code or asp.net.

Even this issue seems sprodically. Sometimes it works too smooth in IE and sometimes it gets hang.

Please do not reply that its issue in your DNN skin HTML as we have following HTML standards strickly as we built thousands of NON-DNN websites performing like a superman.

Thanks.
Ketan
