I upgraded 2 different sites and got the same results.  I didn't copy the error and had to revert back to 5.6.1, but the only way I could find to fix the pages was to go to the Admin/Page and reselect the parent page.  Then that one page link would work.  There is no way I could do that for all the pages so I had to revert back.  Is this a known bug and how do I fix so I can upgrade again?

The public pages of my site, modified through the Admin>>Pages section. Also the links that I had added to each page gave the same errors.

I have a very similar problem.
I also upgraded two websites from 5.6.1 to 5.6.2 but in my case I only get Friendly URLs errors in one of these websites.
In fact, I get the Friendly URLs error in all children of a specific page (www.hoteisedestinos.com.br/Destinos.aspx). You can see what I mean at www.hoteisedestinos.com.br/Destinos/Recife/InstitutoRicardoBrennand.aspx were you will get an error. On the other hand you will get normal access to http://hoteisedestinos.com.br/Hotéis/Recife/AtlantePlazaHotel.aspx

Any tip? I have dozens of pages under Destinos.aspx :(

Following the error that I get when I'm logged as admin and I try to access any page under destinos.aspx::

An error has occurred.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: The file '/Destinos/AngradosReis.aspx' does not exist. ---> System.Web.HttpException: The file '/Destinos/AngradosReis.aspx' does not exist. at System.Web.UI.Util.CheckVirtualFileExists(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVirtualPathObjectFactory(VirtualPath virtualPath, HttpContext context, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean noAssert) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.CreateInstanceFromVirtualPath(VirtualPath virtualPath, Type requiredBaseType, HttpContext context, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean noAssert) at System.Web.UI.PageHandlerFactory.GetHandlerHelper(HttpContext context, String requestType, VirtualPath virtualPath, String physicalPath) at System.Web.UI.PageHandlerFactory.GetHandler(HttpContext context, String requestType, String virtualPath, String path) at System.Web.HttpApplication.MaterializeHandlerExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I experienced the same issue on 2 sites that i upgraded from 5.6.1 to 5.6.2
I discovered that the Host menu still worked, and I was able to debug it to the point where I found that disabling the Use Friendly Urls option made the site work again, but without the benefit of user friendly (readable) url links.

Go to the Host -> Host Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Friendly URL Settings -> Use Friendly URLs? option, then uncheck it and save the updated setting.

If you were using this setting, you may find this helpful to recover from what appears to be a bug in the 5.6.2 upgrade package.
