hi everyone!

our provider offered us the movement of our site to another ftp and database server for security reasons. after the movement everything seemed to work fine, but then i realized, that the image upload via fck editor does not work anymore. 
basicly the error message says, that the rights maybe are not set to perform the task.

therefore, i asked the provider and he said, that everything is configured as before the movement.
then i thought, maybe the path directs to the old adress. i uploaded an test image and can see it in the thumbnail list so this cannot be the problem.

basicly the problem occurs on the page, where you can view all uploaded pictrues as thumbnails. on the top right side, you can insert a local path and click the upload-image link for uploading a new picture. after clicking this link, on the bottom of the same page, the following error message is shown: "an error occured. please contact your administrator for checking the rights in the folder."

i did everything which came to my mind to solve the problem but do not have a clue what could be the problem here. the portal runs on version 4.5.5 (yeah i know its very old) do you have an idea?
