Dear Support,

A lot of times I require functionality which I cannot find modules that can match exactly what is required. I need to find a way to start developing modules. For example:
1) Portfolio module. This is for an architect website. Ability to add categories and create projects that will be assigned to each category. Each project will have some text and an image gallery

2) Exhibition module. This is for an Art Gallery website. The current exhibition will have some info with a read more link which will take you to the details page of the exhibition. The details page will have some descirption and an image gallery displaying all the paintings

So far I have used the Form & List module which helped me develop some functionality. But now I require more advance things. I am not a programmer so are there any modules that can help me with developing functionality? I notice the Open Web Studio which I have reviewed a bit. Are there any other modules?

Or how can I start developing modules?

Thanks
Paris

Yes, have a look at xMod and DNN Mushroom. Those are both application development modules along with OWS. Other modules that might work for this is ventrians property manager module, or ventrians simple gallery.
