I have a portal that has multiple domain names pointed to it and until now this has been OK. However, now we would like to seperate the domains to different portals for an initial landing but have the new page forward immediately to the old site. A redirection I guess.

Any Ideas on how to accomplish this?

When you say - you want to separate the domains to different portals for a landing page - what are you really meaning.

What are you actually trying to achieve ?   Are you instead maybe wanting to have a different LOOKING landing page for each domain
as opposed to wanting each domain on its own physical portal ?

What we currently have is something like www.olddomain.com and www.newdomain.com we also have the same domains without the www so we have 4 aliases for the same portal. We would like to seperate them and create a forward from the old domain to the new domain and not just have them all end up on the same page. That way we could implement a tracking system on the old domain and determine when it is OK to sell or let go the old domain name.
