I signed up with a shared web hosting company (m6.net) and installed DNN (community edition, latest version)

I purchased a skin and started building my site.
Within the past month, something very strange has been happening...

Every time I edit my site, I don't see the changes.
I have to keep hitting the refresh button. Then I will see my change (some new text I added, for example).

But then if I press refresh on my browser, the change is gone!

This also happens when I try to add a new page to my site.
I log in as the admin, select Admin | Pages and the new page I added is not in the list.
But if I refresh my browser a few times, it shows up. Refresh again, and it disappears!

What's going on?
I've tried this using different browsers. I've repeatedly cleared my browser cache. Same issue.

I purchased a skin from alldnnskins. The skin appears to have worked fine for the first few months.

Is it possible there are issues with the skin? (I don't think this is the case).
Are there cache settings I should check / disable / adjust within my DNN install?
(This is the only site in my DNN install).

I've sent an email to the web hosting company to see if they can do anything on their end.
As a test, I think I might sign up with another web hosting company, install DNN, and copy my site - just to see if this is an issue w my current web hosting provider, or if I have another (bigger) issue.

This is VERY frustrating.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It does sound like a caching issue. What version of DNN are you running?

You can try adjusting the caching at: Host -> Settings -> Performance Settings. Using a Moderate Caching always seems to work OK for a development site.

Thanks for your reply.
I am running DNN 05.06.01 (238) Community Edition.

Host Settings | Performance Settings are:
- Module Cache Provider: File
- Cache Setting: Moderate
- Authenticated Cacheability: Server and No Cache

I have this exact issue as well, albeit the Professional 5.6.02 version.

If you refresh the page you are on several times the new changes are retrieved but it gets pretty annoying.

Anyone know of a fix so that new changes causes the cache to be reloaded?

Thanks.
