 Yes, we have a sub-calendar on the front page that includes the main calendar

Where are you seeing the extra enrolments, when you access the main calendar or the one on the home page?

It's off of the main calendar. I do not have enrollments set for the sub-calendar now. I did originally, however I removed that option from the sub-calendar and deleted my enrollments. i then re-enrolled and still got doubles :(
