I am using Ubuntu with the Chromium browser to test my site. My site has a dark color background with light colored fonts. In the Chromium browser, it has black font color on the dark background, which of course is almost unreadable. Also, the font is changed to Times New Roman it seems. Is this something set in the browser? I did not change any settings when I installed it, maybe a default setting? I am new to Chromium, so hopefully someone out there knows a bit more than myself...

ps: it works fine in Firefox!

Thanks!

Doris

Hi

I think this is a Google Chrome issue.

AFAIK: Chrome has quite a few problems with refreshing iframe content. It seems to always want to use cached content.

Searching the Chrome help forum will lead to many iframe related issue posts.

What happens when you clear the cache in both your browser and in DNN (host/host settings/performance) ?

From what you say it seems like the iframe content is not using your css. Maybe you can add this to your iframe content but you will still be left with the refresh problem if the content changes.

I am not sure Google have much interest in fixing these problems. iFrames are not standards compliant / not used in html5

If you only need to do scrolling text there are module that will do this or you could try a scrolling div.

 Hope this helps
