Sebatian, I am not using an objectQualifier. However, your second post makes a lot sense:

"there is a sqldataprovider file missing in manifest for 4.1.2 (which needs to be fixed)! Once you installed 4.1.0, upgrade to 4.1.2 should work as expected."

That would explain why when I installed the Documents 4.1.2 that comes with DNN 5.6.2 it exhibited these errors; and when I upgraded another site from Documents 4.1.0 to 4.1.2 I could not produce the errors. Nice work, Sebatian. However, I agree with you, it needs to be fixed!

I got caught with this same issue today when using Documents 4.01.02 to troublshoot the LinkClick handler and permissions issues in DNN 6.0 CTP2.

The 04.01.00.SqlDataProvider script is included correctly in both the Documents 4.01.02 source and install packages - however, it is not listed in the <files> section of the .dnn manifest file and thus does not get installed. For now, new installs should first install Documents 04.01.00 then upgrade to Documents 04.01.02.
