We have been developing a site for our client on their Internet host for over 6 months and it has been fine. We are approaching the go-live date and haven't touched it in a while and all of a sudden we have started received this error.

Unhandled Error
Error Details
File
Error               A transport-level error has occurred when sending the request to the server.  (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.)".

I have been in contact with the Internet host repeatedly and the only way to bring the site back is to restart the site/recycle the app-pool. Is this something odd on their end? Is it something with DotNetNuke? We've hosted DNN sites at many different hosts in the past and never ran into this one. I was told that they have a load balancer across 3 servers with over 1000 sites on them. Does this have something to do with it? Any advice would be appreciated!  Thanks

please ask the hosting provider to check event log for details of the error - it doesn't sound like a DNN issue to me.

Yes, I did ask them to, but they keep insisting that it must be a DotNetNuke related error. I don't see how it could be, but I'm not a sys admin or anything with the knowledge to argue back. If anyone has advice as to what to have them look for, that would be much appreciated.
