When I am on the Register page and press "Edit" to see page settings, it comes back with the Page Settings of the Portal's Main Page and not the Register Page.
So how can I see the Page Settings of the Register Page?

ouch, this sounds like an issue - maybe caused by your edit langauge to be different from view language. I suggest installing Advanced Control Panel from www.oliverhine.com, which allows you to select edit language independently from edit language and preferred language from your user profile.

Hello Sebastian,

I installed the Advanced Control Panel successfully.
I am not familiar with definitions of  "view language" and "edit language" that You mentioned in previous post. Could You, please, give me some more details about to understand what can be the problem? I do not really know what settings to change or what to check to reveal the reason of the issue.

Thanks!

DNN 5.5 introduced UI language separate from content language - imagine an English admin managing an English and Chinese portal without speaking Chinese himself, but tasked to copy & paste into content, he receives from translators. The Core Language skin object allows to select content language, which the language editor in Advanced Control Panel allows to switch UI language (which is otherwise either tied to content language or preferred language from user profile.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
