We have changed our portal name to a new one, and also our copyright message. The problem is that sometimes the old portal name and copyright appear.

I'm giving away the specifics this time, you can visit the site and see how it behaves (http://izote.net):
Old portal name (seen in the title of the page): Izote.Net
Should say: Izote Systems
Old copyright: (seen at the footer): 2009-2010 Izote Management Information Systems
Should say: © 2009 - 2011 Izote Systems

Going into Site Settings in the Admin menu always shows the correct messages, yet they somehow aren't passed when the site is displayed.

Any ideas on this one? I have full access to the server, maybe there is some rogue string in the database or some file?
