Hey,
i am new to DNN, and trying to install the DNN 4 thorugh the starter kit on a remote server.
i created a new dnn project in VS2005 with the HTTP option.
edited the web.config file and created DB according to instructions.
when i hit ctrl+f5, the build goes well, and my explorer opens up,
showing the following application error page :

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

i've tried to change the value to mode="Off", but still no change..

i get the same error message. my web.config file does conform to xml standards. (i tried changing it to .xml and it opens up nicely in a browser).

please help me! i tried this like 10 times. nothing works. (on my local computer i didn't have problems at all).
