I was able to edit  any of the registration text but the following: " Registration may take several seconds. Once you click the Register button please wait until the system responds." 

Where can i find it? (i don't think it's in global or shared resources, checked them, just like admin/security and authentication or AuthenticationServices language files -- maybe I'm blind, but could not see this one sentence anywhere)

Thank you for your help.

Seems like nobody knows the answer?
I wish there was a search possibility within the content of the language files...

please check out \DesktopModules\Admin\Security\App_LocalResources\ManageUsers.ascx.resx, key RegisterWarning.Text.
