Are you working with your own DotNetNuke website, or someone else's? 

Are you logging in with an Administrator account?

NO chris we are logined with user account and its others website,

Can i backup those modules into my local system if get admin permissions.

You would need to contact the owner of the site to get them to configure permissions properly.

You won't be able to download modules from their site either, though you could install DotNetNuke on your computer and use it there if you wish.

Hi ,

Can i create a super user for others DNN website using MS SQL in others web site, if i have there MS SQL DB access.
can any one know the process of creating super user in DNN web site ..

Prad, this doesn't seem to be an issue of SQL server permission but file system permissions. Please make sure, the Windows account, used by the App Pool your DNN site resides in, has been granted full permission for the DNN directory and all files and subfolders within.
