Hi on our host site I am able to successfully search our searchcrawlerresults using the admin/skins/search module and see the results appear on the search results page. I have followed all of the directions on how to set up the searchcrawler modules. However; on our child portal off the same host when we submit a search into the skin search module no results appear. However; when we search via the SearchCrawlerInput box the results appear in the SearchCrawlerResults module. How do I get the search functionality to work for the search input in my skin/search module?

Hi Sebastian, we are using v 5..6.1  I have tried clearing the data out of the suggested tables.  However, I want the results to appear in the SearchCrawlerResults module on the search results page.  I have removed the Search Results module and replaced it with the SearchCrawlerResutls module but I only see search results when I search via the SearchCrawlerInput module also located on the Search Results page.  I am trying to get results to populate when a user inputs a search query in the SEARCH skin object located in the top right section of my page within my NAV menu ribbon.  This works as intended when logged into the Host portal; however, when I log into a child portal off of the same host the SEARCH box loses functionality.

Hi Sebastian, this was my error. I did not have the Site Settings on my child portal set up under page management --> search results page selected. Thank you for your suggestion.
