• Fixed installer not creating localized tabs when DNN content localization is enabled.
• Fixed incorrect billing/shipping last name in place order action rule matching to first name instead.
• Fixed coupon not recognized when date is specified.
• Fixed coupon example template "Coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon" not working correctly.
