Yes, it's probably true. And AFAIK, DMX uses Lucene .Net too for its search feature. I've often used it and it's a very good document management solution.
But, our module isn't a module that manages documents. It's a search module and an indexer provider for an entire portal including documents managed by document module, repository module, recents versions of DMX and also documents under folders you've selected from your website.
It's not the same kind of feature. It depends on what you need.

Hi,
thx for the replies.
i'm trying the lucene search. But when i install the modules, i can add the module to a page. i can see the search & search again buttons, but i can't see the textboxes to put text in...

any idea what i did wrong?
