Hi:

We are new to this product. I do not know how to fix this problem now.

We use DotNetNuke Community Edition (5.6.1) and DNN_ActiveDirectoryAuthentication (version 5.0.2) on a web site.

AD authentication works, but role synchronization doesn't work.

I have done the following things following the instruction from "Active Directory Provide" for role synchronization:
1. Checked "Synchronize role?" from Active Directory Settings page.
2. Created DNN's security role using the same name as AD's security group.

There are no errors in the event view.

My question is where I can get a technical support and in general what best approach I should take to find the solution as how to use DotNetNuke.

Thank you.
Ron
