I contacted my web host and they said that the error on the server is:
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.

What does this: "This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. " mean and does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I contactes my webhost and they said that the error on their server was:
"Parser Error Message: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS."

So I went in and added a virtual directory to my domain name. The I got the following error:

System.InvalidOperationException: The WebResource.axd handler must be registered in the configuration to process this request. at System.Web.Handlers.AssemblyResourceLoader.GetWebResourceUrlInternal(Assembly assembly, String resourceName, Boolean htmlEncoded) at System.Web.Handlers.AssemblyResourceLoader.GetWebResourceUrl(Type type, String resourceName, Boolean htmlEncoded) at System.Web.UI.ClientScriptManager.GetWebResourceUrl(Page owner, Type type, String resourceName, Boolean htmlEncoded) at System.Web.UI.ClientScriptManager.RenderWebFormsScript(HtmlTextWriter writer) at System.Web.UI.Page.RenderWebFormsScript(HtmlTextWriter writer) at System.Web.UI.Page.BeginFormRender(HtmlTextWriter writer, String formUniqueID) at System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlForm.RenderChildren(HtmlTextWriter writer) at System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlContainerControl.Render(HtmlTextWriter writer) at System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlForm.Render(HtmlTextWriter output) at System.Web.UI.Control.RenderControlInternal(HtmlTextWriter writer, ControlAdapter adapter) at System.Web.UI.Control.RenderControl(HtmlTextWriter writer, ControlAdapter adapter) at System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlForm.RenderControl(HtmlTextWriter writer) at System.Web.UI.Control.RenderChildrenInternal(HtmlTextWriter writer, ICollection children) at System.Web.UI.Control.RenderChildren(HtmlTextWriter writer) at System.Web.UI.Page.Render(HtmlTextWriter writer) at DotNetNuke.Framework.PageBase.Render(HtmlTextWriter writer) in C:\CCNet_Builds\CE_Development\WorkingDirectory\Library\Framework\PageBase.vb:line 471 at System.Web.UI.Control.RenderControlInternal(HtmlTextWriter writer, ControlAdapter adapter) at System.Web.UI.Control.RenderControl(HtmlTextWriter writer, ControlAdapter adapter) at System.Web.UI.Control.RenderControl(HtmlTextWriter writer) at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

My web host informed me that I should follow the instructions in this link:
https://support.blacknight.ie/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=308

Which I added to my config file.

But I am still getting the above error.

Does anyone know the solution?
