I'm having the exact same problem. Added a blog to the home page and cannot delete it. These messages appear when in admin mode:
No Entries were posted for this blog.
An error has occurred.
Error: is currently unavailable.
An error has occurred.
Unhandled error loading module.

On the live site I see

Module Load Warning
One or more of the modules on this page did not load. This may be temporary. Please refresh the page (click F5 in most browsers). If the problem persists, please let the Site Administrator know.

Thanks for your help.

I have same question.  I am using DNN 4.3.4 and had a bad error."Object reference not set to an instance of an object." every time I tried to edit anything.  This applied to Blogs, Forum, TextHtml.

I deleted the Blog Module Definition and the error problem on the site has gone too.  I noted prior to deleting the Blog Module Def, that it was labelled "Blog Module for DNN3X".  Now, I need to re-install a Blog Module from somewhere.

Any Ideas?

Regards

Dave

I've tried to load up the BLOG module on a homepage but it failed (dnn 4.0.3). It gave a sql null user errors;

Unhandled error loading module.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Unhandled Error Adding Module to ContentPane ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection. at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection...etc

Now I cant get rid of it either...anyone have any ideas why its not picking up the right sql user and how I can get rid of the badly loaded module.

Thanks
Rolf

Please make sure you've set both the required database connection strings - this error suggests you've missed one.
