Hi,
I wonder if I can prevent multiple logins in dnn with the same users in the same time to the same portal or installation?!

Its possible, but you need custom module for this. We have made custom solution like this almost 1 year ago. It has a lot of hidden questions. For example:
  1. When you make restrictions by IP, then possible problems with proxy.
  2. When you use restrictions by cookies, then user can be locked when he tries to login from the same laptop but from another browser.
So it needs to be carefully.

Hi,
Have a look at our product named PortalKeeper which allows to configure rules and corresponding actions to apply on requests. It could do the job.
