I recently find myself needing to support a DNN 4.06.02 site. One of their changes requires that passwords expire after 90 days. My question is, what happens when a DNN password expires? They want it set so a user can just go to the "Forgot Password" link, but it seems to me like an Expired password would be a little more....serious than just being able to click a link and reinstate it. Can anyone please help guide me in this?

When a password expires the user is prompted to change it the next time they login.

I believe that is how it works.

Where could someone hook into that so they aren't prompted and only get a screen of  "Your password has expired, please contact your administrator"? For...whatever reason, this is what they want.
