I have setup a Forms / List module to handle our Contact Us function for our website.

We have an Exchange server at the office that handles the internal and SMTP email.

Logged in as Host I have setup the HOST details, and SMTP properties and can test sucessfully to a single user in Exchange such as my personal Exchange / AD account. What is NOT working is if I put an email address which is setup as a distribution group within Exchange (such as webmaster@company.com is a Distribution Group - Global, with myself as a member). If you send email to webmaster@company.com via external mail services, I get the mail as I should.

This does not work with my DNN portal however. I can neither make DNN work with webmaster@company.com either in testing the SMTP settings or when using that email address in the Forms / List configuration.

All else works. Any ideas on why using an email address which is a DG in Exchange will not work like it does from other webmail clients?

Steve
