Hi all.  I've been working with DNN for a few months now for a job that I landed recently.  I am still a student  pursuing a computer science degree, so I haven't worked with it a whole lot due to my schedule.  I am more of a PHP guy until I was thrown into this job where they use windows servers and asp.net.  We just moved to using DNN when I was hired and I have no idea how to port over the databases.  When I open up mssms and connect to DNN I don't see a database for the portal that I am trying to move.  Please let me know exactly what I need to do, or if you know of any in depth resources that could help me.  Remember I'm really new at the whole asp.net thing!

Ok, but I will have multiple portals on one installation of DNN.  If I transfer the database from my development machine to production machine will all portals be affected?  I don't want that because my production machine has more up to date content than my development machine for some of the other portals...

Did you ever manage to figure it out? If not I can tell you how I have done this.
